Ouyang Jiangxuan Meets Japanese Guests

On January 5, Ouyang Jiangxuan, Vice President of the Guangdong People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (GPAFFC), met with Zhang Jing, President of the Japan-China Cultural Association of KyushuJapan-China Non-governmental Cultural Exchange Association in Guangzhou.

Ouyang extended a warm welcome to Zhang, and thanked him for his unremitting efforts toin promotinge cultural, artistic, and youth exchanges between China and Japan. Ouyang said that, as this year marks the 40th anniversary of the signing of Treaty of Peace and Friendship between the People's Republic of China and Japan, GPAFFC will take the occasion to deepen cultural and youth exchanges and cooperation in aspects of culture and youth with Japan.

Zhang said that he is grateful for GPAFFC’s assistance in selecting Chinese youths and works from Dongguan, Zhongshan and Zhanjiang City to participate in the 20th China-Japan Youth Exchange Conference on Calligraphy, Painting and Music in Japan.
