Chen Liangxian Attends the Polish National Day Reception

GUANGZHOU, May 2, 2018, Vice Governor Chen Liangxian attended on invittation the National Day Reception of Poland held in Guangzhou by the Consulate General of Poland in Guangzhou.

Chen Liangxian extended greetings and best wishes to all Polish friends who are working, studying and living in Guangdong. He said that Guangdong attaches great importance to friendly exchanges and cooperation with Poland.  

Thanks to the good bilateral relations between China and Poland, fruitful achievements have been made in exchanges and cooperation in economy, trade, investment and agriculture. Chen pointed out that Guangdong strives to lead the country in building a modern economic system, while Poland is working on re-industrialization, therefore the prospects of cooperation between the two sides are bright.    

Guangdong hopes to work with Poland to connect the Belt and Road Initiative with the development strategies of Poland for better cooperation in infrastructure, industry and cultural exchanges, so as to improve friendly ties between the two sides.

Joanna Skochak, Consul General of Poland in Guangzhou said she hopes that exchanges and cooperation with Guangdong will be strengthened in economy, trade, tourism, scientific and technological innovation, education and culture.
