The Support Measures are applicable to Macao-funded enterprises whose place of business registration, place of tax registration, and place of statistics are in the Cooperation Zone, who have opened business deposit account in banks of the Cooperation Zone, and have substantive operations there.
The Rules on Handling Complaints of Foreign-Invested Enterprises has been adopted at the 29th ministerial conference of the Ministry of Commerce on August 18, 2020. It is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of October 1, 2020.
