On Sept 26, Guangzhou and Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, officially signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance exchanges and cooperation, further deepening the friendship and collaboration between the two cities.

This MoU signifies a new phase in the cooperation between the two cities in trade, education, culture, tourism, and sports, injecting fresh momentum into the stable development of the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Vietnam.

Guangzhou has established amicable ties with 104 cities across 67 countries, showcasing the extent of its international exchanges and collaboration.
