These machines, on the first floor of the Hengqin Government Services Center, offer nearly 40 services from 11 departments of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government, covering seven categories: identity verification, social welfare, tax inquiries, municipal services, voter registration, transportation, and immigration.

Some of the key services include the transfer of electronic medical vouchers from the Macao Health Bureau, verification of the authenticity of ID by the Macau SAR Identification Department, and the registration of proof of life by the Social Welfare Bureau, Social Security Fund, and Pension Fund.

The elimination of frequent trips between Macao and Hengqin greatly facilitates administrative services and improves convenience for investment. This is a significant step forward in enhancing government services and fostering closer ties between Hengqin and Macao.

Meanwhile, the Macau SAR Identification Department has also provided training and remote technical support to ensure that any issues Macao residents encounter while using the self-service machines are promptly and timely addressed.
