A new high-end intelligent electric vehicle brand called AISTALAND, jointly developed by GAC Group and tech giant Huawei, was launched on Tuesday evening in Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong province.
AISTALAND's first model, the intelligent shooting brake GT7, also made its debut and opened for blind pre-orders. The vehicle is targeted towards young buyers and incorporates AI into its various next-gen technologies.
The new brand will cover a product lineup of multiple categories over the next three years. Following the GT7, it already has plans to release a mid-to-large smart SUV this year, aiming to reach the family market.
AISTALAND's full lineup is set to be equipped with Huawei Qiankun's advanced intelligent automotive solutions, according to the company.
