Zhang Guozhi, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee and vice governor of Guangdong, attended a reception on May 7 to celebrate Poland's Constitution Day, hosted by the Polish Consulate General in Guangzhou.
In her remarks, Zhang said that Poland was one of the first countries to establish diplomatic relations with the People's Republic of China and among the first to sign Belt and Road cooperation agreements with China. She said Guangdong and Poland have engaged in fruitful exchanges and practical cooperation under the bilateral comprehensive strategic partnership.
Zhang said Guangdong stands ready to deepen collaboration with Poland in the digital economy, green energy, modern agriculture and cultural and educational exchanges, guided by principles of high-quality Belt and Road cooperation.
