Qualified entrepreneurial teams from Hong Kong can now rent office space in the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub (E-hub) for only 1 yuan (US$0.14) per square meter per month, according to a series of new initiatives announced by the Qianhai Authority recently.

To qualify, startups must operate in industries such as artificial intelligence, embodied intelligence, and life and health technology. They must secure equity investment from professional investment institutions or obtain funding from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, statutory bodies, or universities.
