Recently, the departure ceremony of the Kinetica 1 Y4 carrier rocket was successfully held at the CAS Space Industrialization Base.

Scheduled for launch in late September from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, it will carry out a mission where the satellites will primarily function to deliver remote sensing information services.

It is introduced that the Kinetica 1 Y4 carrier rocket has completed all pre-delivery tasks according to the prescribed procedures. After rigorous testing, its product functions and performance indicators have met the requirements of the flight mission and passed the factory evaluation.

Apart from the launch mission of the Kinetica 1 Y4 carrier rocket, CAS Space is also advancing the development of the Kinetica 2, a medium-sized liquid carrier rocket independently developed by the company, with its maiden flight scheduled for 2025.

As the record holder for China's commercial rocket in terms of single-launch multi-satellite deployment, the Kinetica 1 carrier rocket has achieved three consecutive successful launches, accurately delivering a total of 37 satellites into their designated orbits, maintaining a 100% launch success rate.
