The fair demonstrated that innovation, green products, and original designs are becoming increasingly important to companies.

Guangdong companies showcased this shift through some innovative products. One company introduced a kitchen faucet with a 360-degree rotating nozzle and dual-mode water delivery, while another showcased automatic sunshades, rain-sensing skylights, and motion-detecting lights.

Environmental protection and low-carbon practices have emerged as a "global passport". "European consumers are willing to pay a premium for green products," said a buyer from Portugal, who paid special attention to the environmental friendliness of products.

Many companies at the fair showcased their commitment to sustainability: 56 percent held green and low-carbon patents, 63.5 percent had relevant certifications, and a total of 880,000 green products were displayed.

Design also played a crucial role in reconstructing value systems. A Shandong handicraft company exhibited ornaments combining Nordic minimalism with traditional Chinese tie-dye techniques, designed by a Dutch team. The pre-sale volume in Europe and America has already exceeded 100,000 items.
