Deputy governor, Air Liquide CEO, assures cooperation

Zhang Guozhi, deputy governor of Guangdong province, met with François Jackow, chief executive officer of Air Liquide Group, in Guangzhou on May 14.

Zhang emphasized that foreign companies, represented by Air Liquide, are essential participants, promoters, and beneficiaries of Guangdong's reform and opening-up.

She encouraged Air Liquide to seize opportunities, expand its investment and operations in Guangdong, use the province as a key hub for global development, and bring more high-quality projects to Guangdong to achieve greater development success.

Zhang also highlighted Air Liquide Group's role in international promotion activities in Guangdong, encouraging upstream and downstream partners to invest in the province and creating a development effect of industrial chain aggregation.

François expressed gratitude for Guangdong's long-term support to Air Liquide and stated that the company will explore potential investment opportunities in the province.

He looks forward to further strengthening cooperation with Guangdong in green and low-carbon development areas to achieve mutual growth and success.
