A Swiss delegation specializing in complementary medicine recently completed an extensive tour of Huangshan city, exploring opportunities to integrate with the region's burgeoning wellness sector and its rich heritage of Xin'an medicine.

The Swiss Association for Complementary Medicine Research and Development visited several institutions including the Xin'an Medicine Research Center, Huangshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, and Xin'an Wellness Center.

The delegation engaged in immersive experiences ranging from ancient herbal preparation techniques to tasting food with medicinal properties, tea ceremonies, and a night cruise on the Xin'an River – all designed to showcase the region's unique approach to therapeutic wellness deeply rooted in the local culture.
