China's Diplomacy in the New Era
Guangzhou launches 2026 salon to deepen ties with Vietnam

The first session of the 2026 "Go Guangdong, Go Global" salon, dedicated to Vietnam, was held on June 16, providing a platform for Guangdong enterprises to tap into the Vietnamese market.

Ma described the salon as a flagship foreign affairs-enabled initiative to support Guangdong enterprises' global expansion. As China's leading manufacturing powerhouse with strengths in rail transit, electronic information, artificial intelligence and green infrastructure, Guangdong dovetails with Vietnam's priorities of industrialization, urbanization and green transition, unlocking vast potential in supply chain collaboration, cross-border logistics and two-way investment.
