Guangdong, Peru vow to deepen economic and cultural ties

Ma said that this year marks the 55th anniversary of China-Peru diplomatic relations. The economies of Guangdong and Peru complement each other well, and the two sides enjoy strong potential for cooperation.

He added that Guangdong will deepen economic and trade ties, expand people-to-people exchanges, and promote sister-city relationships with Peru based on consensus reached by leaders of the two nations.

 Ponce highlighted the long-standing exchanges and robust economic cooperation between Guangdong and Peru. He pledged to strengthen ties with Guangdong to boost mutually beneficial cooperation in trade, investment, agriculture, culture and tourism.
